Everyone in that chat sees this word the moment it is used. The
account name is a filter, not proof of identity — on a
cracked server, or behind a nickname plugin, it does not hold.
The word is the secret. What does hold: the rate limit, the
Minecraft source ceiling in the admin panel, and Clear, below.

Voice enrolment— unlocks the personal word
Record your voice once to unlock a
personal word — one that fires only when the voice saying it
matches yours. Read the passage below aloud at a normal pace; about
twenty seconds is plenty.
